I am a local artist with a home studio in Birchwood Village, in the White Bear Lake area. Art and creativity has been part of my life as far back as I can remember, but more recently I am spending lots more time and effort in the studio, happily!
This follows several careers in business, human resources and university teaching. To me, these endeavors, though challenging and always interesting always seemed like a wide spread from my artistic side.. but, life goes that way sometimes.
My concentration is oil painting, from landscape, to sailing themes, to mountains/skiing… and more. If my art works can bring half the joy to others that I get creating them, well… then I am truly content.
